β β β β β I was there on old 4th floor old building . Staff was very good . Specially thanks for ravathi ma'am and DR. Parth sir and specially thanks to all nursing staff . She is very co operative . All over thanks to sterling hospital. Oms experience.

β β β β β If you want to die early then take admission in this hospital.. pathetic service and zero co operation . Doctor has informed the nursing staff to stop the bottle by evening but they were list concern with this and 3 more bottles were used throughout the night...next day when doctor again come on visit they asked them to remove it immediately...this is the pure case of negligence...they will compel you to buy new medicines even though you are having it and few medicines which you are not taking they will add it in your bill and they will not provide detailed bill indicating name of medicines.. I want ahmedabad medical authority to check on this because it is one kind of cheating and they are playing with the life of patient.

Angioplasty and i felt that one of the best hospital in vadodara. One of the best dr. Kamaldeep chavda i suggest every one. And even hall staff of nurses are very help full and very polite the best staff i experienced.. all the best to all staff.. incharg sister amisha and nurses like varsha vatsala dr. Fear for my diagnosis so my friend suggest me for sterling hospital, so I am admitted in sterling and recover within a 7 days..
I am very happy for nurses who give the care like family and take care of me.
house keeping also come daily and without fear done the cleanliness of my room..
I am so happy and salute to all the staff who gives human touch to all the patient .

β β β β β This is good multi speciality hospital near Gurukul, Off drive-in road. Cleanliness is good. Sanitization is done regularly. Facilities are good. Even COVID treatment is done. Dedicated lift for COVID patients. Good vehicles parking facility in open plot area. Everything is good but scope for improvement is seen in good coordination between Billing and hospital operation team. Very time consuming process and lack of agility seen. If this is optimised, then operations excellence will improve overall.

β β β β β As Covid positive came Feb 5-22 for treatment & having great staff working on issues Dr Amrish Patel & his team around. Can use some better efficient service syetup for International Patients. Great caring hard working mostly Indian staff. Reassuring Equipment systems Seems efficient CT-X-rays etc..keep up the good work and thanks for everything you did. Appreciate Vinay Patel Indian Visitors from USA.

β β β β β Clean, sanitised, spacious premises. Visited the Health checkup desk at the basement. Very prompt, polite, efficient crew. No time wasted in waiting. Almost all the services are available there - Echo, ECG, Audiometry, E&T, Consultancy, TMT, PFT, Blood & Urine sampling. Only for Ultrasonography I had to move upstairs. Free breakfast & lunch coupons provided. Employees of PSU are coming in droves for their Periodic Medical Examination (PME) under some package system. Come at around 8:30 AM in empty stomach and get all the tests done by 2:30 PM. Free spacious parking provided opposite to the hospital.
