Doctors of this hospital excellent but the nursing, care takers and cleaning staff....irresponsible...
Hospital policy is stay one along with patient but nursing staff they will always busy in chitchat...we have to call for help ....it shouldn't be good when you are paying high amount and less attention on patient...
I think hospital management needs strictly monitoring plan not based on working reports but based on CC TV footage and queries from patient too...
Doctors are extremely good and experienced..for them 5 star but management 1...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was admitted at Sterling hospital (Best hospital) for stroke under Dr. Roshan Mistry and Dr. Gaurang Vaghani sir....From emergency to ICU and ICU to ward......each and everything is just perfect...both doctors are very intelligent..they described all about patient's condition...medical officer and staff is very experienced, hardworking, polite and humble...Ward staff is also good in nature.......Hospital is very clean...now my father is totally recovered.. I thanks to the best hospital for best hospitality...keep doing this kind of noble work and earn lots of worships and prays....because life matters?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father at the age of 70 was admitted with the heart block and too low heart beats. Thanks to Dr. Ravi Bhohani, Dr.Sarika Patil and my bro Dr. Prashant Vanzar for utmost treatment and pacemaker implantation. He is completely all right and living normal life with enjoys. Thank you sterling. Only thing I would like to suggest that is explain in advance about discharge process and mention it takes time specially for cardiac patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We been to outpatient and emergency couple of times. Place is very well managed kept clean hygienic washrooms are clean staff very co-operative the whole team knows how to handle a patient. We visit Dr Nishith Vyas Dr Krunal Desai. The best in internal medicine. They never make you take unnecessary lab tests or make you stressed out by using unnecessary gibrish. They both are there to serve. Not just business. God Bless doctors like these in today's world.
The reception at the outpatient is also very helpful. Thanks. 4 stars because we have never been admitted.
