★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed by the way the took care of my mother.... We got her admitted with depression issues and while admitting they gave us lot of false hopes nd behaved as though they would take complete care of her. But as days passed by my mom's health kept on detorating and she became completely weak and they called me and asked me to take her to a hospital outside for helping her with drips and betterment of her health. I don't understand as a rehab center they need to have all the facilities available in house for the patients there... Also not just my mom was half the size she was before we admitted her she also has Parkinson now. The doctor doesn't answer anything properly. She says everything is the part of treatment and pushes our talks and discussion. Shree Kendra only needs money rest everything is nonsense... Very poor hygiene maintained and also my mom me that any food or stuffs we send for patients the care taker or faculty would take it all rather than giving to the patient.
Divij initially was very sweet and kind just as he got a patient he stopped answering my calls and responding to my queries. We had no direct point of contact to anybody from the doctor team. It was all miscommunication between the attenders who know nothing about medical terms. The whole team was busy with their sisters wedding work and celebrations. And completely negligent about my mom's health......I don't recommend anyone to go there and suffer like us.....
