The app is pathetic and not secure. The staffs needs to be professional - they will harass u more than government offices.
The servers are down most of the time when u r in need but when it comes to getting the charges or extracting money from customers and clients -the servers are always up and running.
The staffs have poor knowledge of the different charges deducted or the plans or on contract note or statement. And most of the time they will provide u with half information.
They online service and staff services are pathetic.
