★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Products. Please do not order products manufactured by Stove Kraft that is Pigeon products. I had ordered a product that had leakage issues and the shocking part is that their customer support is not at all supportive. They only have one customer support executive and her name is Miss Tanu (Assistant Team Leader), she doesn't have manners to talk to the customers and she will not resolve your issue instead she will blame you for the same. Pathetic after sales service i have ever come across. I know my one negative review will not affect them much but guys trust me if you are buying Stove Kraft products then please beware. Thank you Stove Kraft for such a worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst customer experience , tried to reach them from last one month on a toll free number but no one is ready to pick up the call after half and hour IVR tune its gets disconnect automatically.
Will not recommend this brand to anyone. Specially Pigeon

I bought a Pigeon Scarlet Gas stove on 25th Jan 2020. After 4 months there is a problem started with valve. got the service after a long time. again i have problem , and this time there is a leakage issue from valve. after 5 written complain and several phone calls there is no service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, we purchased a 4 Burner stove and the knobs broke just in 2 months since then we are calling, sending mails, posting complaints but no relief.
Once a representative came he checked and promised to come back with the correct model but never turned up.
We are helpless now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Pigeon Handy Chopper XL through Amazon on 20 December 2020. The product had a one month warranty. The handle of the Chopper stopped working after about 10-12 days. I sent mails to their Customer Care and tried their toll free number almost daily. It is 18 January today, and I have given up now. I recommend nobody should buy their products. I know the Company would not bother as they are thick-skinned !!!

Got defective item, raised complaint, got complaint number but even after 4-5 months no response from customer care or the replacement not yet received. Worst company, worst product ever..never go gor this. Waste of time and money
