★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no experience in cutting curly/wavy hair.
I went there with my sister for her haircut.
We explained to the stylist that her hair are curly and he should cut it accordingly.
After haircut her hair looked Like a nest.
He blowdried her hair so badly and told her to do a bun so her hair will look better.
He didn't even applied any cream/serum to settle the hair down.
Other than the haircut we had to wait for 30+ mins even after taking a prior appointment.
Not recommended for any person having curly/wavy hair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a terrible salon. The lady named Shivani supposed to do my upper lip threading gave me such a big cut! First time since the pandemic I am thankful to be wearing a mask. Just hope it doesn't leave a scar.
Had got a hair cut done from this very place a while ago. And regret that too. Ppl here just don't seem to know their job or they just don't care much.

They burnt my hair due to overprocess and leave cheamical in hair over time.it was not a professional work..i had long hair now after burning I had to take cut to shoulder length.Last month on11 October 2021 I took hair service kera bond & hair colour from strands lounge salon sector 20 Panchkula. After this service I am in mental trauma.And From next day my hair start falling and scalp was burning ?.... It is a severe hair fall now. I want to share my experience here because I don't want it happened with others too.. be careful when
next time if anyone visit there.. special hair related chemical service.. ??it happened first time with [email protected] now I am taking doctor's treatment due to their mistakes...
