β β β β β Think 100 times before going to this clinic. I did the same mistake. They charged me 850 /- just for sheltering a stray pegion for a night which was rescued from kolkata street. I arrived at 3PM and the pegion was expired next day morning as per call received from them. Initially, I had full trust and faith on them. That is why, i had paid full amount (1020) in advance which includes doctor consultation, medicine and 3 days stay. Next day, they returned 150 /- saying rest of amount was already consumed over one night. I am not here to pass any judgemental comment. You guys are well matured to take your own call. They are private clinic. They have all the rights to charge whatever amount they want but using the word βStrayβ just for business gain, is not something good. They lost my trust and faith. Thanks!!

β β β β β This is the worst place to take your pet, they are only hungry for money. Terribly bad behaviour of the front desk staff. Certainly do not deserve to be part of such a noble profession. I would never ever recommend such a place for your little babies.

β β β β β Unprofessional. Arrogant behavior of the young male owner and the young doctor (Mathur) who behave like Ajay Devgan and Akshay Kumar. The more you are polite and respectful with them, the more they act like they are your superiors. Treatment quality - very bad. Staff members are utterly inexperienced and unprofessional - they don't know how to give injection to a cat. The doctor doesn't know that a cat needs a cone collar post surgery. Doesn't know how to stitch. No sense of time. It's a place which may seem cheap at first, but expenses build up in the long run. In the end, we had to take our cat to a proper vet clinic to get proper treatment at a slightly higher cost, but his life was saved.

β β β β β Not caring towards animals. They are very shady. Especially the guy Arnav. And extremely money-minded. Take your pets to somewhere real where selfless services are provided. Stray pet clinic is fake and shady.

My friend's cat died after he took him to them.they dont deserve any stars rather good pubic bashes . people should protest and stop their shady business in the name of humanity . And please if you guys are reading this then change the name of your clinic to 'Taka ne ' clinic from stray clinic. Killing is a crime and you guys are doing the same .they only call back to earn kokhono jiggesh korbe na how's the kitten they ask kokhon niye ashchhen drip ditey .kichhu bolte ba likhte gele block kore daye . Tomra na egulo chharo taka diye 5 star ratings kena jaye kintu ekta pran niye neowar odhikar tomader keu dayeni . Animal law ta pdf namiye dekhe niyo .. disgusting people

β β β β β They used to be good at one point of time. Now they're just robbers who don't have a single clue about what they do in the name of treatment. This 'clinic' doesn't have any real doctors. Once you take your furries there for some treatment, they'll randomly give some in-house medicines without understanding what exactly is the problem the pet is suffering from and will slap you with a huge fee. My feline baby died because of their wrong treatment. I regret that I ever took my baby there. Go at your own risk.

β β β β β In any situation please avoid this clinic. I had a very bad experience. Just for emergency I had to take my cat there which I regret.They are anything but animal lovers

β β β β β Amazing experience. Our dog was in quite a critical condition but is a lot better now, thanks to the amazing service. She regained her stability thanks to their awesome night service. Would 100% recommend them!!
