I booked shuttle , got details but when called driver. He told that no shuttle will go at this time. No other number working so that I can reach someone ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service Provider - majority of the time tracking system NOT WORKING, helpline number NOT WORKING, help number are of SUPERVISORS who are POOR HELPLESS PEOPLE, not willing to accept the mistakes. No Customer Orientation...How long can one survive in such a competitive world with such traits!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newest bus service. And also the least efficient. This bus service was started in first quarter of 2018 when Ola Shuttle was shut down. Their buses are small tempo travelers which are faster. In contrast, Shuttl have buses which are bigger so they are slower. But since the Streetline service is new, so naturally there is much scope of improvement.
