★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a family wedding last week and Studio11 filled in at last minute as the one we booked couldn't cater to our needs and backed out a week before the wedding. Not even touching on price (which is exceptionally well structured), the services provided went way beyond our expectations! We had some overseas friends visiting and they were so impressed with styling done by Studio 11. On top of all, the owner gave us a visit a day before wedding to check on the services !! You guys are wonderful :)

I was surprised with the amount of warmth I received from every one here. The staff member who served me was also very cooperative and skilled and finished her work swiftly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed them a picture that I want my hair like that, they didn't cut it like that at all. It looks soo bad.? They didn't listen to me.
There's no professionalism.
The comb fell down once, they didn't even clean it. They were hitting the comb in my face and eye. They cut my hair very short than they showed.
I got bangs and they cut it unevenly. Never want to go there again.
My hair looks soo bad.?
