★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What you are reading now is an experience that happened 3 years back but is probably etched onto my life for years of me remaining, as fresh as it gets everytime i go to Studio78.
Our paths had coincided through her Hindustan Times' article which got me interested into trying my hands on clay and that's when I rang up Meena Aunty. She humbly invited me to visit and chat over chai rather than divulging much over phone call and that was the best thing she did to me?. The vibes of the place and this soul had my calling. Pottery was more than a play with the clay- a pacifier to week-long anxieties, an exploration of new creative medium, and best of all i becoming a part of this beautiful group of potters and turning-potters, where age is no bar, and each one has something to amaze about their personalities.
That day, newspaper vendor had mistakenly delivered Hindustan times instead of The Hindu- and this reinstated my belief in destiny, deeper and stronger ❤️❤️❤️.
Still I would say, don't go after my words, rather visit and experience this heaven for yourself.

Or shall I say, what lay in the pots!
This is because we met Meena Aunty and soon realised we were in for a pottery experience, a class adventure. Soon enough we were enveloped in the profoundly magical, meditative world of clay, creativity and handcraft, or Pottery as it's called.
She was full of patience, wit and guidance on how to get it right. She let us practice adequately before asking us to make our own masterpieces.
She guided us like an old, knowing friend and we picked up interesting details of her journey to Studio 78. Overall our welcome and experience was warm and homely.
It's obvious, but her love for pottery, laughter and life is infectious. We thank her deeply for the time she afforded and therapeutic experience that it was for us. Kudos to my sister too for having made this possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mrs Vohra, the pottery studio owner and teacher will speak sweetly but cheat you of your money and your products of pottery that you pay for. She will not give any bill/receipt after taking the fees ( Rs.14000 for 12 classes) that she should do as she is running a business. Must be evading showing income. She takes money in cash only and later denies having received it. I had a horrible experience with her. Not a professional set up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I went for our first ever Pottery class to Meena ma'am and it was one of the most fun experiences! She is such a delight and keeps things really lively. She is extremely patient while teaching and explains in well detail. The studio is lovely, with a really raw natural vibe. The whole experience is so worth it! We had great talks and laughs, and the best kick start to our pottery journey ahead!
