Throughout the entire design and construction process Bharat's attention to detail was second to none. I'm happy to say that Exponential efforts were portrayed by Bharat during the construction of our home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhubharat and team helped me to renovate my house which was not build as per the plan.
There were major and minor changes which he suggested which includes changing of the windows, shifting of my Puja room as per the vastu and cabinets in the kitchen, changing of the switches and lights and room color.
In a time span of 30 days he completed the renovation. Now the house looks new and modern with ample scope of decoration.

I merely gave him a broad idea as to how I wanted my office and home to look like and by the time he got back to me, his first design was exquisite and elegant to say the least. I have dealt with architects before and I have had multiple rounds of revisions because they somehow don't get what I am trying to say, fortunately that wasn't the case with Bharat and his team. They try to understand the client and then execute it with perfection, that's all one needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to a few interior designers and architects to start with, but Bharat stood out of all of them because of his mix of past work and his ability to understand what we were looking for. The project ask from Bharat was for a simplistic and elegant home for my parents to relax and retire in comfortably, after having lived in Dubai for 48years. I think he understood our taste very early on in the process and delivered a 3D, to which we had to ask minor to no changes. In fact the few changes that we agreed with him were done because we wanted to keep a tight budget. He also met our needs with the budget without deviating too much. He would make himself available to speak to us and co-ordinate on the few pieces that we wanted to bring from Dubai for the home. During the delivery of the project, there were a few tasks which he had to do twice because of third party issues in our bldg, but he never grumbled about those and had his contacts and team ready as we needed.
There hasn't been a single person who saw the home and didn't gasp at how beautifully elegant it is. We've been told that it almost doesn't even look like a home in Jaipur, more like a home in London or Paris.
Bharat's work speaks for himself very loud and clear.
By the end of the project we saw him as family.
Bharat, THANK YOU for making my parents so happy with this home!
