We received notes before starting to understand the meaning and benefits of Mandalas, then we practiced some patterns to "warm up" and eventually we did a beautiful Mandala. No previous experience needed, each student succeeded with the kind explanations we received. Thank you so much, can't wait to create my own Mandalas!!!
