★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to avoid as much as possible. Quality is mediocre. Exorbitant prices. Charges twice that of any other normal studio. On top of that, Super arrogant and uncouth owner. Fleecing people because it's the only option in Sector -14. Better go to studios in nearby sectors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Ghatiya" this one word is enough to describe this person. Very arrogent, full of attitude and sky high prices. He demaned 350 for 6 photos(50 extra for a soft copy). However, I visited sector 31(kodak studio) and they charged 150 for 6 photos, great quality and no extra charges for soft copy. You will surely regret if you visit batra studio. [PS : The photos where required for visa purpose]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. The person here is very rude and provides misleading prices. I asked for soft copy price he said it's 50. After taking pictures he said price is 200 for sending full soft copy. On top of that the language is pretty rude. I would suggest to go to a better place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is an option to give a zero rating, this place would deserve a zero. The people doing business here are looting just because of the dearth of options around this place. Photographer is no better than an average person who can click good photos from his or her smart phone.
People here just jack up the prices when they know that you wanted a photo for visa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to them last evening for 2x2 inches photographs for visa. As soon as they got to know its for japan visa - they jacked up their prices! Got 2 - yes only 2 picture (2x2 inches) for 200 bucks!! It's a loot. Also the pictures were really average.
Overall, pathetic experience. Go only if it's an emergency (like I had one!) else several other in the market with better equipment & skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rude folks running the business with no sense of ethics. They would suggest 50 bucks for soft copy but once you go to collect the photos, they will charge you 250 plus.
They commit cheating in day light.
They don’t even know how to talk with respect & manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and rude team of photographers. I used their service for our karwachauth shoot, and i felt that i did a big mistake. When we told them to suggest a pose, he told us very rudely that you yourself decide your pose. Overpriced services with poor quality of work. We made a bad decision and i hope other don’t after reading this review. Uncouth people. I have also recommended our society RWA to not allow them to shoot in our society premises again.
