We surveyed three architects in Hyderabad and then decided in favour of Mr Shivang Agarwal of Jaipur over Hyderabad archtects due to unique designs, innovative and creative approach in each aspect of designing, amenable appraoch, utmost customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend him because of all the above aspects.

"Choose a good mentor/manager rather than choosing the good company"
Positives:
- They are good in copy pasting from Pinterest.
- They have great influencing skills but show their real character after few days.
- Having amazing skills to remind you that you are working for them and you have no rights to say a single word.
- They are good in keeping eyes on you throughout the day using camera.
- Their is no fix office timing; you are only allowed to leave the office when your employer gives you the permission to leave for the day.
Negatives:
- They don't know how to maintain Employer - Employee relationship.
- The salary is the biggest issue. If they post a job saying the salary is 15K then after joining they gonna say its 8K and when it comes to actual payment, they will pay you lesser than 8K.
- Their is no way to provide the salary directly in your bank account, only cash option is available.
