★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest i would not prefer at all things are not clear at all when asked about the warranty on papers cannot give in writing ...products not available and the person showing thru their website ...paying money for the product but delivery after 10 days ....sorry ..not happy at all...price is also too high

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pathetic experience. Bought a product, that was delivered 3 days late than promised date on website. Assembly guy came, saying 1 part is missing. I Lodged complaint at customer care, they said missing part will come on or before 27-Feb but today is 28-Feb and they have no idea when it will come. Customer Care only gives call back (they don’t pick up phones or receive calls). But seeing my number, they are not even calling back now. Urban Ladder is much better than Pepperfry. If the missing part does not come in couple of days I am going to dump entire product as it is in their store and tell them to keep my money and your product too…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store located near Belapur Railway station and at close proximity to the Palm Beach Road is basically an experience centre, where you see and experience the goods available online and if required, you may book the same online at the store itself. This store has very helpful staff, who are willing to take you through the purchase process. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for hard wood furniture and other decorative lamps and items.
