The salesmen do not want to work and they are not even apologetic about their behaviour when you tell them about how wrong they are. Pathetic behaviour. Better to go at their competitor urban ladder. Worse experience ever. I’m not going to pepperfry again

And if you want help from Studio people of studio like Mr Dushyant the manager of South Ex where I bought the furniture are least bothered they only say go talk to pepperfry . Guys please dont buy anything from this company they will only make fool out of you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is bad and terrible. So, I'm very disappointed with pepperfry that don't give me a proper return and refund on defective products.
I experienced the worst service that intentionally avoided customer call and no callback at all. The call center's work processing is very poor and staff's service is also the worst.
It seems to be a brand that has no interest in customer satisfaction.
I won't visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This studio is located on the second floor and can be easy to miss while passing by. But once you get there you find that the store is very well arranged maintained and attended by competent staff. They have very good furniture items at attractive prices. However the options will be few as they have limited display space. I would certainly recommend people to visit this store if not to buy but to atleast get an idea of what to buy from elsewhere or from the pepperfry online store itself.
