★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, we ordered a bed and few other stuff(our main buy was the bed). So we asked them when it will be delivered, and they said they can get it in a week and we needed a bed that was delivered ASAP so we bought it( done mostly to sell the bed) and it has been a month and it still hasn’t come yet. Our main issue isn’t even the bed coming late. I am writing this due to their after sales service. When we were buying they’d call us twice a day to ask about when we will purchase. But after the bed was sold and we I messaged them for update. My messages wouldn’t be opened for days. Calls weren’t picked, and they’d say they’re not in office today. They were terrible with after sales, worst I ever experienced. I literally had to plead for my own bed. And their manager was worst( her name is Komal). And salesperson was bhoomika

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I say it was a wonderful experience overall with Sajid & his Professional Team who were very warm & Cordial in their approach, understood my needs for the living room, shared every product I wished to see in terms of material, guarantee Warranty & the price I was looking & which was well in my budget. My time spent at the showroom was almost 5 hrs & cud get all support technically, commercially & the scheme benefits which almost brought my price down to 30% less. Overall I wud say it was a very good experience & wish to hv their products for use in my house & looking forward for their timely delivery & installation. I wud definitely recommend people to visit this Showroom who have in depth knowledge on the product & costing.
Over all the Showroom was well maintained giving a feel to spend time to shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont know about the quality but during a visit to a site my home we were told 30 minutes before the time that the representative will not make it due to some emergency etc and we were already reaching the site, so we wasted full day due to them, I don't know about furniture quality? should I shouldn't I buy from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location. Before heading to store you should checkout pepperfry.com. once you can shortlist few products you need, go to store and clear any doubts about product you have from very polite and knowledgeable staff there.
Offcourse you can head directly head to store and check options and designs online on their bigger screens.
Overall a good shopping experience.

The team inside the studio is very patient in understanding the requirements of client and delivering solutions to suit what's needed. I would give extra marks for their after sales availability in resolving issues related to product delivery .

To enquire about the Beanbag
So the salesperson said “BeanBag with bean is available @₹799 for XXL beanbag” and he confirmed it with the Manager as well. So we decided to Comeback .
On their words, we Visited the Pepperfry Studio on 3rd September 2021, and asked for the same Beanbag with Bean so he then too said yes it is available.
So we decided as it’s a nice offer we were Happy and asked for XXXL bean bag @ ₹999 instead of XXL Bean bag @ ₹799
We found that as a nice opportunity as a offer for the purchase.
Again before buying we were skeptical and were asking multiple times that whether the Beanbag will be delivered with beans or not.
On that the Salesperson affirmed and said that yes it will come with Beans every time we asked.
After confirmation given by the Salesperson we went ahead and made the payment for The XXXL beanbag with Beans as the salesperson Described.
After 3 days we received the order but it was just Bean bag and there were no beans
So I decided to call up the Pepperfry studio
Now they are denying the fact and are not ready to Refund/return the order placed by their Salesperson based on false information.
So we received false information since beginning and now they are denying the same.
