Her salesmen commitment me you can exchange this...today i m going to lajpat nagar for exchange my boots because i m not comfitable after wearing.....stush owner misbehave with me and he is saying this product is not exchangeable....my 2500rs total waste....because of him.....don't go for stush....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stush - I believe it's another brand of Staelatoes. This showroom is located right next to Stelatoes showroom and most of the footwear in this showroom are branded as Stelatoes.
I liked their collection. Ladies footwear for all budgets.
Their collection includes traditional juttis, heels, high heels, contemporary footwear and all at affordable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most patetic product quality we ever bought.
And we went back with defective product they are not ready to accept it even their product got damaged in just 2 hours. Staff is not at all cooperative, even not ready to accept that their products are not worthy.
We explained store manager we came here from Gurgaon and just for same product it's my second visit. He said "Wo aapki Galti hai not our".
Believevor not but I never seen such rude staff ever. Thing we understand products can be faulty but they will have willingness to accept and and help customer.
I would recommend to visit some other store beside having such faulty product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst quality footwears are sold here...I bought belly shoes a month back and the sole is now out and also very uncomfortable iron nail was also popped out plus very arrogant staff. It seems like they will eat u if u will not buy anything after entering into the shop. Waste of money :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought boots from stush... It was not matched with my shoe size but still they insist me to buy that and after 2 months boots ka soul nikl gya and now they are saying they can not take guarantee of that boot. Such a worst shop and staff also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought boots for something around 2300, similar ones were available outside for 400.Cherry on the cake was that on the very first day, the design of the shoes went bad. It had some lines on the heel which vanished!! I had bought the shoes to wear on an occasion soo wore them with the defect!! The product was not exchanged!! I have beeen a regular customer of Stush and Stellatoes but I expected better customer grievance handling!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of Poor Customer Handling ??
Today i visited Stush at Lajpat nagar market. The person who was attending me was that busy that he did not care to check bellies and iron nail inside the belli ended to injured my toe.
When i reached to the cash counter to complaint. With my surprise no manager was available at store. Again, another store person(Name- Surender) came and started arguing that this is a normal thing.(he literally said- Aese toh hota rehta hai mam). That means it is normal at STUSH to injured anyone and don't even feel sorry about it.
Now i had to visit doctor and take tetanus injection.
This is one of the worst experience i have ever had. The staff must be educated to attend the customers. I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO VISIT STUSH.
If you are going then don't trust them and keep yourself safe.
