★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I ordered a sofa and was promised in 10 days , but got it after 70 days. No customer service. They don’t pick their calls. Their talks is just a BIG FAT LIE. Don’t buy anything in that shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly do not order any furniture from here if you want it on time. I have ordered 3+1 sofa set on 7th of last month and till date it has not been delivered. They promised to deliver the sofa in 25 days and today it is going to be 50 days and I have visited their store for 5 to 6 times and every time they are giving different excuses. Since I have paid 15K, I am waiting or else I would have ordered my sofa some where else. When you go there to purchase the sofa, the salesman will be very nice to you and give you all the promises and things. But once you pay advance and approach them, they will not answer your calls, will not return your calls. I have asked them to return my money if they can't deliver the sofa, but all in waste. This is the biggest mistake I have made. I should have ordered sofa from a better managed store. If you want to buy any furniture, I would not recommend this store, instead of shelling out a lot of money and run behind these people for timely delivery, you can spend it on some branded sofa sets. Totally disappointing!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such wonderful experience at the store. The style in furniture experience was just excellent. The products, design, quality and the pricing all really good. The staff is equally great, and it was such a hassle-free experience for me, that we ended up buying more products than we intended to! The installation staff were equally nice, such a wonderful experience that I am surely gonna suggest the store to friends and family. The staff is timely, pays attention to details and requests and very courteous to interact with. They surely made our experience for home furnishing a very smooth and happy affair!!

Made the mistake of walking in directly without looking at the reviews. paid more than 50% advance. they made us to wait for one and half month. and then gave the sofa with two different fabrics. when asked to take it back, they argue as if its single fabric. Never ever go to this shop.

1. Unprofessional staff: They will behave properly until you make deal and hand over the advance money.
2. Very late service: They promised to deliver in 15 days and took more than 2 month of time. Where i have supposed to visit 5 times their shop and complaint on every-time by leaving all my job.
3. No proper response to costumer: They have given a normal bill with wrong mail ID to contact and contact number if you called 2 3 times, then they will not receive your call and if you visit their shop will give fake assured promises of delivery.
4. Price: They have made a deal and promised to deliver the sofa, but again came after 2 months that the cloth is not available, so i have to buy again a different cloth and they charged 6k extra for that and i don't have any option and not even returning my money.
Would recommend you to buy from UL or any other brand store. These people not even give guarantee and warranty in written.
All the best written comments or reviews are given probably or i am sure that those are given by these people only, so be aware of this and do not try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. They are simply fooling people. I have ordered a sofa. They said it ll be delivered within 15 days. I still did not get my product. It's been 1 month. Every time they are telling it ll take nect 4/5 days. Just fooling people nothing else. Don't ever buy anything from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst showroom one could visit to buy furnitures. Please do not buy anything from them. They deliver damaged and cheap quality products. So called owner of the showroom Mufeed is the worst person on the earth. He is full of lies and gives false promises. He does not answer the phone calls. This showroom needs to be banned. He has taken 1 year to deliver the items. Worst people, worst products. DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did purchase four seater dining table after 10 months of paying advance. The worst part is dining table legs have cracked within six months of purchase. Mufeed the man of promises said shall get it changed but irrespective of many times calling he us not bothered to pick a call. Worst shop ever and please don't buy anything from them.
