★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular here until today, the management lied to me about the time. I've been waiting there for 30 mins (even though I've the reservation) and then they told me to just wait for 2 min as the person (to whom I wanted to get cut from) was eating food and just after few minutes I saw him doing a hair cut to another person (which came after me)! Such a pathetic service! They wasted my time! I'll never gonna comer here again! Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE, I booked a deep pore, acne prone skin facial cleaning and it was a truly unprofessional experience!! They smeared gallons of cream over my face, eyes, INSIDE MY EARS AND NOSE and down my cleavage. They did som woshy- woshy massage around the face. Then they put, first scrub, then skin toner, into my eyes!!! Ouch !! They protected my hair and clothes so badly that I had to cut the ”treatment” short and run home for a complete shower and hairwash to get rid of all the greasy products. My shirt went straight to washing. I refused to pay for this miserable event. Never again !!!
