★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best staff... Best services... Lovely place... Welcoming indeed... I have been a regular to this one for years now, and this place never fails to impress me. Such positive vibes and such amazing services, specifically nowadays when everyone is running afraid due to the covid 19 crisis, this place has maintained it's positivity and greatness of the service they offer. I missed the parlor visits soo soo very much during the lockdown and even I was afraid to visit one when things started to move, but after today's visit I am so relieved and happy and proud of how they have managed to maintain the entire aura of the salon, lovely. All the best guys, and way to go Akhilesh :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for Haircut, beard styling and other salon services. Can do better on sanitizing the chairs and counters during covid. Prices are decent for a place like this. The expert stylist are only interested in female
customers (usually) which come in for expensive services, for rest all they have junior staff to manage, I feel the experts should guide the junior staff more closely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this salon regularly for haircut. This time I had booked an appointment for waxing, I have never felt so much pain during the process. The service provider was not ready to listen to how my skin type is, she was not considering that the wax is too hot. She was putting chunks of wax on my skin. I had to show her how to remove the wax which is already on the knife before dipping it back in the container. I was polite the entire time and the pain got so intense that I had tears in my eyes. Which is when she got vigilant of what she was doing.
This kind of service is not expected from such a big brand.
P.S. : I had requested the person who does my haircut everytime to check the damage as I wanted to get a Spa/Hair treatment done and wanted his suggestion. He not only ignored my request but refused to check my hair damage. This is also not what I was expecting from someone who is providing me the service every single time.
My issue is not only with the quality of service but also the behaviour of staff.
My suggestion to people who are looking forward to start their journey with Style and Scissors. It's not worth your time and money. Please find a place where service providers listen to you and which has basic level of customer relationship management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a appointment of 12.30 at the saloon. When I went there, there was no one to address… no manager, no one on counter..they asked me to wait… I waited for 10 min but still my service was not taken up.
Regarding the staff also… the issue is there… most of the staff is not well trained as you expect from brand like this. Even the hands of barber were shivering who was taking my haircut.
@stylenscissor pls look into this issues otherwise this branch will degrade the value of style n scissors

Worst experience ever!!!, I was very happy before going there and thought they are professionals but they make worst experience ever I have faced. I look far better before the haircut and I got long hairs but the hairstylist talk so professionally and did nothing like that, instead they make me look so bad that I can't face myself in the mirror.
*** THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU HAIRS THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE THEIR PROFIT, STYLIST CUT ALL MY HAIRS AS MUCH AS HE CAN, One more person was sitting near me they did the same with him also, he is also not satisfied with his haircut....***
And After their mistake also they have no shame on their face, no apologies... ?
