★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there Althan branch to get “hair wash” done. Their professional named Salman an extremely unprofessional man attended me. He didn’t even washed my hair properly but continuously trying me sell me other expensive services. Extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour. Their price list says hair wash is 100 rs and they charged me 200 rs.
guys if you can’t even wash hair properly, what can you do?
Too disappointed. I am hoping to hear from someone who is incharge of this place.

I am a frequent customer of your bhatar outlet since months now, and this morning too I went there.. as there was a bit rush, I have waited for around 40-45 mins patiently for my turn. When one of your stylists is done with his work, I thought he would call me but instead he approached some other guy who came there after mine, and when I told him, the answer was 'please do wait, it's just a hair color and won't take much time also he have taken an appointment'... If your management is prioritise appointment only, then you should not expect walk-ins to save our time. After this pathetic experience, I really don't wish to continue to be at your place.
