I had placed an order on the 18th DEC and received it on the 13th JAN. Did not get an update about it for two week (keeping in mind that they have a 72 hour policy clearly written on the website) so I tried reaching out to customer service through the whatsapp number listed but got no reply. There was neither a reply to the email I sent nor to the instagram message I tried sending. Finally I called the customer care helpline and the number was engaged so I tried again the next day and on doing so they gave me an excuse about some GST issue with the material and promised to send it out over the weekend. Which did not happen so I called them up again and they asked for a few more days. By then it had been 3 WEEKS since I had placed the order. I called them again and they said that it was ready and had to get picked up for shipping which DID NOT HAPPEN AGAIN FOR 5 DAYS AFTER SAYING THAT. Finally I had to give them an ultimatum about filing a fraud complain to have my PRE PAID order shipped out yesterday. The product itself is so disappointing and I paid 2.5k for it. The material is very cheap and the stitching is very unfinished with loose threads hanging everywhere. Please try to improve on these issues because this was a very disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst e-comm company I have come across. They have zero professionalism, non existent customer service. The business owners are busy gaining followers and likes on their other “influencer” accounts on social media and have absolutely zero sense of business. I got conned horribly by them, hope nobody else does.

We placed an order(Order No. 8690) on February 10 for a couples night suit which we had planned to use for our pre wedding shoot. Till today, March 04, we have not received the product and despite multiple reminders, our product was not shipped. Neither were we informed beforehand that we will not be receiving our product, in timely manner or at all. This is highly unprofessional and a complete wastage of our time and money, not to mention, we did not have this outfit for our shoot which we had planned and curated very carefully. I would request the style for me team to check their inventory before accepting the orders and if the item is not available, please do not accept the order at all. This would save everyone's time.
Also, i kept calling on their multiple available phone numbers and hardly anyone picks the call. They have denied to refund the money and are forcing me to accept the store credit, which is not correct because with this experience, I would not even purchase something again from this website.
Their company policies are only favourable to the company and not at all to the customers.
I am posting this Google review because when I posted the review on thier website it went through some screening process and was not published.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a lower rating than 1, I would have given that. The product did not get shipped to me for over 20 days. After repeated follow ups, I did not hear back from them. Luckily one time when I called the founder picked up and he was quick to resolve it. The product came to me, I tried and wanted to replace it. Messaged their team, no response. It's been over 2 months that I haven't heard back. The founder had sent me 2 new products to check for the material which I also wanted to return. No response from their team. One I spoke to them 3rd week of Feb - over a weekend - their guy names Suraj said I will get a call on Monday - I dint get. 10 days passed. No call until I had to follow up myself. After that, siraj spoke to me, kept the phone and did not answer again inspite of calling him multiple times. He then said I'll have to pay for delivery cost. Then said they 2 additional products they want and they will pick that up and pay for that but the replacement one - can't be done as it's out of period. They overlooked that Iit was due to their lagged and no response that the exchange period got over. I did not read these other Google reviews before placing an order. And that's why this has been a pain. If you are wanting to buy pyjamas, don't do it from them. You will really be fed up dealing with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This so-called business took 14 days to even ship my product, refused to pick up my calls to give me a status update, did not even send me an email with the invoice or order confirmation. I did not receive any shipment tracking details for Shippigo until 14 days post placing the order and that too was invalid when I tried to track the AWB. They don’t acknowledge and respond to whatsapp messages either when I asked to issue a refund. Their 48-72 hour shipping clause is a lie, they claim that due to Omicron they have only 50% capacity which is a blatant excuse because they had no other reason except laziness. Their turnaround is so sad given they literally are in the same city as i am. Highly unprofessional, unethical and dishonest people who have no right to run a business. Wont be surprised if they shut down.
