Few months back i wanted to renovate my house and the sales person named Monika assisted me in renovating my house and i was really happy with the end result which came out. Monika is really professional and gives a genuine advise to her clients. I the near future I’ll give my second home to Monika only to refurbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furniture shopping, receiving and setting up new furniture was definitely not an exciting experience for the furniture I ordered from this store. False commitments with regard to time, product and indecent behavior by their staff was faced. Their salesman called me at 10:30pm at night and showed urgency for my approval. However, the next day also, the work was not done. I was called to the store to make the balance payment, we went all the way to their store to hear that the furniture is not ready. However, no intimation over phone was given. After the time committed, I received the furniture. Luckily, I had just ordered a bed from here and not other things. The hydraulic in the bed was no where near promised and the side tables to the bed were unpolished and had to be sent back. To get the polished side tables, multiple calls had to be made and false commitments were again made. The color of the polish to be done was asked by them over whatsapp. Despite all this, their salesman had the audacity to criticize my furniture which I purchased from other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst purchase experience. Within 3 months of purchase, the sofa stitches started to come off. I was promised 5 years of warranty, but when I reached out they just kept saying they will send the carpenter. And finally they just stopped picking up calls!!! I have been asking them to fix my sofa for nearly 4 months now but nothing has been done so far.
