Selling horrible quality defective clothes and showing fake discounts.
Best part is the billing
They always swipe your cards twice and want to loot money
Happened twice - once with me and once with my sister
Please please stay away. Do not waste your time and money

β β β β β Worst experience ever... These guys including the owner of the shop and their staff is highly unprofessional, uncourteous and rude. They looted me of rs. 1500 for a top which I wanted to exchange as it was purchased in a hasty decision. I went to the shop 2-3 days later and upon entering told them I wanted to return it. Kept the white top along with the bill at the counter in presence of the owner and the staff of 3 untrained boys. They showed me more dresses and after one and a half hours I decided to purchase 2 more dresses worth rs. 6500/- while making the payment for the new dresses I asked them to adjust rs. 1500/- of the previous top to which they bluntly refused saying that we do not have a return policy. They started blaming me infact that it was my decision to purchase it and that they did not force me to take it. Despite my requests they abused me and did not exchange the top. Finally I had to leave the top there only without even getting my money back. While leaving the shop one of their staff members said "neeche rakh do top.. Apne aap aake leke jayegi"
Stylista also looted another customer when she purchased a dress and asked them to alter it. They came back with a very ill fitted dress in which she couldn't even fit into anymore. Her money too was wasted and these guys like always didn't care a bit about the customers money n satisfaction. Very shallow minded people with shallow thinking n shallow values n culture. I hope their license gets cancelled asap so that they cannot fraud other innocent people.
