1st- Parking (for around 20-25 vehicles)
2nd- Main Hall (for Bride and Groom and guests)
3rd- A big lawn (for Buffet)
4th- A Sheltered area where guests can sit comfortably and enjoy their food.

If you're looking for a decent farmhouse for throwing small birthday parties, farewell parties or something then it's good but if you're looking it for marriages then you will have to compromise on space depending upon the people you've invited so make sure you see well and check it out according to your needs.

Entrance is pretty well with parking space. The food area is also just beside the entrance with all stuff ranging from starters to full course meals.
Large hall with stage makes the whole arrangement perfect for wedding or ring ceremony.
Easy to locate on map too!
In short, good venue for family gatherings.
