★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really frustrating to be here for registry, all time server down, process are so poor here. No proper queue, no system nor systematic process, office does not have proper space to stand. Parking space is messed, system need to be improved, and should be well managed

Worst service ( government office i agree), but worst to worst service, management and officials here.They always say that server is down. No net connectivity, Hinjewadi big top notch area for IT company and internet services. This office has server down and no connectivity issue. Pathetic
Wasted my entire day here.

Message to Government is Please Respect the value of Time of your fellow citizens.You are not giving a free service you are charging Rs,30000 for this pathetic service. Even places which provide free service like Temples are run better then this because of the Management. I respect the people who work here but the whole mess and money game and corruption is on the top level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All time server slow or down issue. One need to wait for almost a day for actual work of maximum 15 minutes if things are well set. There should be some workaround or fix this issue. There is no covered waiting area, one need to sit in respective advocates office. The drinking water is unavailable. The washroom is available at the backside of main office. The parking is limited only for two wheelers, not available for four wheelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is token system to execute your home agreements but that is just of no use. Server issue is a myth. Fact is if you have a good agent who can push aggreements faster for execution, you will get it done faster. Unfortunately our agent was useless.
