★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing to write home about. As like any other government office you just have to bribe your way through. Everything has a set price, if you dont wish to pay they just make you run around pillar to post to get the work done and frustrate you at the end of it.
It's against the law to bribe, but you dont have a choice here if you want to get the work done in time and have your peace.

Like any other office of this type there is all types of people present inside as well around the place who target you for their own gains and benefits.
Who ever has already paid some agents would get quick and service.
No parking place near by, you need to park your vehicle far away and walk to this place
place.
