★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most corrupted place. People expect to get money for everything even doing their duty for which they are getting paid with a government job. For everything brokers are needed else you will be made to wait without proper guidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got our marriage registered here. Everything happened smoothly. Officials were courteous and quick. Finished all work within an hour v/s 2 hours which the agent had told us. Wud suggest going directly got all work and not employing agents as they are nothing but a waste of time and money. They exaggerate the situation and make it seem like an insurmountable task. Go directly and get your work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is located on the first floor and its such a small place with limited seating option available and its quite crowded always. For such places, its recommended to have a good seating area, water and rest room arrangements as it usually takes long time for people to complete the work.

He is also very calm & clear in communication & advises ( unlike what we see in usual government offices). At the same time, met some unfriendly people chasing me away in other departments :-(
