★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Net issue rectified and solved, registrations going fast now?? ...Moderate facilities. They should increase more seating arrangements. Which is faster than palasa , sompeta offices , really satisfied with the subregistrar and his staff , good revenue govt office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me waiting from last 15 days for the registration of the land.... As there is a net issue....people are coming and going back.... Simply they answer net is not working....... They are wasting the time of the people..... If net is not working or there is a problem.... They should rectify there issue...... This is how they are providing the service as in my native place there is no issue at all.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am posting this comment on behalf of everyone who reside under Mandasa Sub Registrtaion circle as this is everyone problem who come for land registration to Mandasa Sub Registrat Office as pre my last 2 weeks experience.
Unfortunately i bought one land under Mandasa registration scope and i have been moving around Mandasa Sub Registration office for last 10 days for getting my land document.. they always say Net is not working and this is very funny how come Net dont work for weeks in this modern world and that too in the govt office where they get highest income every day... In my opinion, since they get many documents for registrations regularly and they dont want to work complete week. They just want to work only one day per week and want to get relax remaining days just by giving one reason is that "NET IS DOWN or NET CABLE IS CUT" and escaping from work and making public wait for long time. People like me who came from other place just for registration work will suffer with this govt sytem forever.. very bad thing is that we cant do anything else other than waiting till they complete our work.. If its a private org then the situations will be different...
