★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience all staff are very lazy, brokers have good hold on officers. I reached in office at 12.30 PM and it took 5 hours to do the registration. and as per rule it is process of hardly 30 minutes. if you have enough time then you can visit to this office to waste your time. we pay heavy stamp duty and registration charges but we didn't get services on mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst government office in entire Maharashtra. Filthy place, frequent electricity cuts, no power backup. Most of days they have issues with internet and electricity and hence no work can be done. Please avoid this office for registration if you can get it done elsewhere.
