Gave the pen drive with soft copy of rent agreement, the e-stamp paper was ready in 1 minute, rent agreement printed in 2-3 minutes and stamped and notary authorised within 10 minutes. Mr. Manjunath also suggested as an owner I must ideally get a police verification of tenants done, which was a helpful advice given. In summary, my job got done quickly and effectively. Thanks to Mr. Manjunath.
