β β β β β They are not at all professional. I have gone there twice for paid service and everytime I had to go local mechanic to fix one or another issue. Both time engine oil was leaking from bottom. 1st time they didn't clean the carburetor even though I specifically told them to check on it. My bike pulsar 220F refuse to start and I had to go to local mechanic. They will always pass on the weird information like purely illiterate people having no knowledge on motercycle what so ever. So if you can avoide going to this place, please do.
