★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small hall with no exceptional features, suitable for events with a crowd less than 100. Parking is an issue, being available in the front side and just contained to the size of hall. It needs upgrading and cleansing.

A staple icon of the area, having hosted many birthdays, anniversaries, marriages and social events over decades.
But now has been declining steadily.
The Mangal Karyalay should now be demolished and a new eight storey building must be developed.
Ground floor - A general public food court and restaurant open all days - Indian cuisines and snack foods
First floor - event and hall management and administration and operations.
Second floor to fifth floor - event halls with audio visual projection and screen televised systems and event recording systems with professionals provided by the hall management.
Sixth and seventh floor - rooms and dormitories for outstation event guests - with washroom toilets, urinals, restrooms, etc.
Eight floor - segregated modular kitchen systems for every event floor
Free WiFi and in-hall mobile and internet calling networks for events.
The event venue and the hall should be modernized with reflective and fire retardant furniture's paints, fire fighting and emergency exit systems.
The event hall should also associate itself with surrounding hospitals, clinics doctors pharmacies to facilitate emergency medical services for people in case of any events.
The event hall should also have its own emergency first and specialized medical aid system with its own ambulance for emergencies.
The operations of such event halls should be professionalized with promotions, marketing, websites and apps with industry associations to host various events.
With such professionals being employed to develop business and other industry associations.
Technological and operational efficiency of operations.
