★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was done on an urgent basis. I loved the way they accomodated the customer for home collection. Keeping the medical history and medicine intake of the patient, they made themselves available before their regular time. The lady who came for home collection was very polite and knew her job well unlike another very recent bad experience with SRL Home collection. Though costlier than SRL, but I would prefer to go with Suburban paying more money and get good service and timely delivery of report. Thank you Suburban.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suburban is really good when it comes to ease of blood tests from the comforts of home, safe and timely collection. Only downside is the costs which are on the higher side, otherwise would have rated 5 stars. Our technician from Goregaon branch Mr. Mohammed was super impressive with his advice and customer friendly service, notifying me in advance when he was only about 5mins late for collecting blood samples. Kudos and 5 stars for him. Keep up the good work bhai, thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not use this service. Firstly, they are more expensive than other services. Secondly, they outsource their sample collection to a third party provider - the person arrived 30 mins late, spent another 30 minutes filling out forms, had no idea which tests were to be carried out and finally had to draw blood from both my arms because he messed up the collection. Thirdly, their customer care is pretty bad and no one refuses to take any responsibility for any issues. Despite telling the guy who collected the sample and the customer care person that I wanted to do a glucose test, it wasn't included in the final report. All in all, a terrible experience. Please avoid.
