β β β β β Once you visit them they take one hour just for registration. It is not at all organized.
I was prior to my appointment time and yet had to wait and argue to expedite my turn as was already late for office. Also saw people who came later going ahead of me.
Guess they do not prefer corporate or insurance clients.

β β β β β Blood collection and scam. First thing this lab is not professional at all. It's better you go to governement hospital. They will make you wait for 4-5hrs for simple blood collection and ecg even after taking prior appointment and reaching sharp on time. Simply unmanaged place. Second thing is worst, they almost collected enough amount of blood which made me feel faint. They collected blood in 6 tubes. So much blood for basic blood test???? What scam are they running?

β β β β β My experience with Suburban has been very bad today. 1st phone call, the guy put me on hold for long, gave half information, not ready to listen to our requirements, puts me on hold, line disconnected. No response.
2nd call to one Natasha Mascarena. She had zero knowledge, put me on hold for 30 mins, every time 2-3 mins....totaling to 30 mins. Then finally she said bring your 86 year old patient in Covid times to our centre for blood collection. I am a regular customer since many years and this is how they treat us. She only kept repeating 1 sentence, sorry for the inconvenience, not ready to understand what I am saying. Really sorry to say, the manager also did not bother to call back.

β β β β β No water filter for people who come to do ultrasound. Was made to come early since someone before had cancelled. Turned up to see the doctor had not arrived. Was made to wait over an hour with a full badder.
Very uncomfortable experience.
Would not recommend.

My father's checkup appointment was at 9AM and actual test started after almost 1 and half hour

β β β β β I had gone for a Corporate health annual checkup on 07.10.21. The appointment was scheduled for 8.30am, but due to late arrival of doctor i was told to come by 9.30am. Further was told that certain basic health checkups like Sonography, Chest X ray & pulmonary test were excluded from my checkup. I further call my agency who organised the checkup and they said this was very much part of the check list and has been wrongly excluded from Suburban's scope. The matter is still under resolution.
Designated rooms are clean and maintained. Dedicated waiting area was good.
The reports(soft copy) were promised within 2 working days. That too has not comeup after 4 days. i was suggested to come Physicians consultation after more than a week. Looks too lethargic.
The affairs needs to be professionally managed

β β β β β If I was allowed I would take the one star as well . This place is not with professional doctor . They are not trained or well educated as per their degree for radiologist . It is unsafe to send a pregnant women for scan as they are unaware of the scanning process.
Also they take appointment however you have to wait till one hour after the time of appointment taken . Please be aware of the place and donβt risk it

β β β β β The staff in The Vashi branch is excellent. They took their time to find out about every test that needed to be done by calling external doctors when in doubt. Reason was because the tests that were prescribed were not in their usual database of tests conducted. The lady technician who took my blood samples was very personable and ready to help going the extra mile to call me, to inform that my reports were ready. (Sorry did not have the chance to ask her name or else would have included her name as well).The improvement that needs to be done is that when an email is sent by Saburban to inform that reports are ready, third party reports do not feature in the attachment section resulting in the customers having to call up the call center for the reports. Saying that the customer reps at the call centre were also very pro-active and helpful and sent the reports immediately after the patient confirmation was completed. All together a great experience. Keep up the good work!!!!!
