We were standing near counter for almost 5 mins. No one entertained us first. Then when we asked them about our order they didn't respond and we kept asking them no one bother to attend us. We left with dissappointment. This wasn't expected ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You ask for breads, they don't have them, you ask them for sauces, they don't have them and seriously I don't like subway's if they are not prepared the way I want. Amd the most important part is that they don't let you sit and enjoy your Sub in the premises as they don't have dine in facilities. If you are a subway lover, I would really suggest you to go have a sandwich at any of the other places around (preferably Dark Brown) and it would be much better than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll share my experience visiting Subway sector 15 in August,2020 amid COVID precautionary measures. The dine-in option has been ruled out as a safety measure and you can only opt for take-away now. The furniture of the store was stacked up on both sides with a limited number of tables to sit/wait but not eat there itself. The sad part was that the staff wasn't very well trained and neither was the queue system followed systematically. The staff making veg was not open to working in non-veg section and there was no dedicated staff in non-veg counter when I had to place my order. I had to wait for sometime and then they had only 2 options for bread. I tweaked my order to suit what was available there. The good part is that whatever was available was fresh and good. I opted for a Roasted Chicken Sub in Oregano Bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered chicken salad via Zomato they took more than 1 hour to prepare a salad their phone numbers doesn't work. packed the salad in paper plate instead of plastic. the vegetables and chicken were floating outside when I received the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love subway , but this is one of the worst subway ever they are so bad that if ur sub is burnt they will have the audacity to still send it , they will send something on there own , cost cutting to the core , the chicken quantity will always be less in the salads or subs.
