★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a huge fan of subway for years and it’s been my go to for a quick bite !
But today’s experience at this branch was repulsive and disgusting. The servers were most unenthusiastic and just slapped what we asked for on the bread. No care or pride taken
I’m preparing the sandwich. It was okay only thanks to the standardised quality of ingredients. The service was rubbish.
And since when do you charge Rs.5 for a paper bag when you take a parcel ? I’m attaching a picture of the bill and pic of the bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dine-in available now. Some rush over weekends, although it's quiet on the weekdays. Both veg and non-veg options are as usual. Would love to see more combos over the course. Tried veg Shammi for the first time. Excellent veg option if taken with some extra sauces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good outlet that is running since long in prime location of Kothrud. The staff is polite and quick at making orders. 8-9 tables for sitting which is good . Also the smell when you enter itself is great coz of the freshly baked breads .. tuna is the best for me !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subway is one of my favourite place.Just love the taste and sauces. Good and clean place.
Totally customise subs as per ur needs. Breads are freshly baked and Vegetables are also fresh. My favourite is Chicken tikka sub with multigrain bread and chicken salads. I would suggest go for non vegetarian subs than veg ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is so bad that it's borderline hilarious.
A staff of three people was dealing with three customers individually, all asking questions about the bread, cheese veggies and billing simultaneously. No wonder creating a din. Half of my order went wrong and I ended up overpaying given I could barely hear the staff. And there's more! They apparently cannot give you change back, if you paid extra via google pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately ordered food from this outlet. And the worst is, this is not the first time. I had ordered very early so that food will be ready when needed. But still took almost and hour more than expected. The swiggy executive was also waiting at the restaurant for a very long time to receive the food. Feeling hopeless about the outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way to order a sub is no longer explained anywhere. The choices are confusing and often don't mean anything to the customer without help. The guys at the desk didn't care to explain anything or didn't seem to be liking what they were doing either. They did not even ask if we wanted to dine in or would take a parcel and simply packed our food. Even after telling them that we would like to have our meal there, he still continued to pack the subs anyway. Bad experience with hospitality was irritating. Would not ever go back to Subway again.
