★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order at Subway, Central Arcade, DLF Phase 2 , through Swiggy. First of all, they didn't send the complete order, even though the money had been charged on the bill. Secondly, even though each item that we ordered specifically mentioned the breads, sauces and vegetables, even then we received a totally bizarre set of combinations. There phone number is temporarily out of service. The Dwight person obviously does not give a damn about the service either. Horrible is the word for their service.

Quality of Subway is going lower and lower here. I had BITTER CUCUMBER in my Corn and Peas today. And my Multi grain honey oats BREAD was Not Fresh either. I am a regular customer here. It's almost everytime that they behave in a STINGY way while preparing the Subway. Putting in sauce MISERLY, cutting up on the quantity of olives and saving as much as they can has become the norm. You cannot rely at all on them for a good Subway. With some of the staff members here, you have to insist and point it out again and again, and then only they somehow make an okay Subway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Subway ever. Have had two bad experiences here. In both instances I was told (after paying!) that they don’t have certain items (lettuce and other meat). Instead of apologising, the staff first tried to induce me to take my sandwich and after I protested they lied to the manager about why “I didn’t want my sandwich”. They also acted really pricey in giving me my refund. Please note: there was no visible signage in the store saying that certain items are out of stock (else I wouldn’t have ordered them to begin with!). Horrid and will never go again. Will never recommend to anybody either. They don’t deserve even one star!
