★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all it's not a library it's a reading room type. 4 starts for pioneering this concept in Aligarh as before it was only in Big cities. They provide you a silent place to study but seats here are not comfortable to sit long hours. Wifi speed is not good. Overall it's good place to study if you can ignore some things.
