Best petrol pump within Azamgarh city. But service is poor. Management fail to manage traffic at pump. They seem neutral towards customers. Bikers inserts their bike between vehicle making situation worst. Not customer friendly.Employee and management are arrogant.

Good Petrol pump .Reason m writing this review is make sure that you always check the price and liter of Petrol on the screen which is being filled by the service provider. Make sure to fill it not the exact amount like 50 ,100 etc always go for 55 ,110, 240 etc . Sometime they set there machine like that so the amount of Petrol that will flow to ur tank is fixed .

I usually wonder why the petrol bunk employees insist us to check the meter reading before they pour in petrol. Reason behind the wonder was the TRUST i had with the employees. But recently I came to know the significance behind it. The below are the tricks followed by employees to cheat us (Based on real time experience) 1st Experience: I was in Dilemma whether to fill petrol for Rs.100 or Rs.200. Then i asked the employee to fill in petrol for Rs.100 and checked with the availability of card payment. He told Yes and placed the petrol gun inside the tank, suddenly thinking of my travel plans I changed my decision and asked him to fill in petrol for Rs.200. (That turned out to be an advantageous move for the employee) He then edited the meter reading to Rs.100, I reconfirmed with him telling “Bro please fill in for Rs.200 and not Rs.100”. Instantly he told me that “I have already filled petrol for Rs.100, this is the 2nd time am filling for Rs.100”. I was totally confused and was thinking hard to remember the Vibration sound that we experience while filling petrol. But in the meantime, he asked me a weird question that “Are you okay with ICICI bank card transacting machine?” (restricting my thought process) I was like, why does he ask such weird questions! I then told “No problem bro”. After the payments, switched the petrol indicator to On (i.e. Reserve, On & Off switches) and left the bunk. Upon travelling 30 kms, I experienced some blockage in the petrol flow. That was when I realized that ‘He cheated me’. Usually I used to switch to reserve mode only after 90 kms/200 Rs. He filled petrol only for Rs.100 (i.e. during the second time) and the remaining 100 Rupees is a profit to him. 2nd Experience: After the 1st experience, I was now firm with my decision. I asked the employee to fill in petrol for Rs.200. He reconfirmed by asking “Is it for 200?” I confirmed by telling “Yeah bro it’s 200”. He then asked me “if you have HDFC credit cards?” I told “No bro, why did you ask”? He then told they offer credit points with which you could redeem. I was really astonished and grateful to him for this information. During this conversation, I forgot to notice the initial meter reading (but then I trusted him by the way he approached and the information he provided) Finally, the meter marked Rs.200 and I left the bunk by paying the cash. Upon travelling 28 kms, I experienced the same blockage in the petrol flow. I could hear the mind voice telling “This is the second time you’re getting cheated”. I was thinking of the strategy used by the employee this time. Yes, I found the strategy used. I am habituated to observe the activities of the one who’s before me (Activities here refers to amount for which he/she fills petrol and the mode of payment) The one before me filled petrol for Rs.100, hence here lies the strategy. The employee continued to fill in petrol without resetting the Meter reading to Zero, i.e. he continued from 100. So he filled petrol only for Rs.100 and all those conversations and information were to deviate me from witnessing the meter reading. Take aways: Be conscious while filling petrol. Pay attention when the employee asks you to look at the zero reading. Don’t get deviated to such weird questions and compassionate talks. Try to avoid card payments, because that leads to Anxiety (doubting until the transaction gets successful and disappointed when it’s unsuccessful). If you pay via cash, you could leave the bunk soon and also helping the people in queue to minimize their waiting time. Be confident and harsh enough, in case of any suspects. I am sure, you will be dominated by the employees in case of soft dealings. Thanks for reading! Thanks
