★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using this cable service since sometime now.Initially the service was just fine but as time progressed the service became poor.The response to the calls and resolution of the problem was extremely delayed even after repeated persistence.Recently it took me almost 8 months to get new fibre optic wire put as a replacement to the previous one and in that too the job was not completed.Extremely poor and irresponsible behaviour.Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from the installation hassle, everything else is great about Sudarshan. I never faced any downtime of the one entire year that I used this internet service, the speed was always consistent with a very low latency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using it for more than 9 months. My experience:
1. The service will break down after a couple of months. Speed will become very, very slow!
2. They will stop responding to your calls. Will even block your number.
3. If you connect multiple devices (2 phones, Netflix etc.), websites and apps stop responding waiting for connectivity.
They will call you every 3 months to remind you for payment.
Had to take JioFi as alternative while I am looking for another internet service provider.
DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICE.

The customer service is really bad
Don't even take calls and they come home fix the wifi again in 2 days it goes bad sometimes don't even pick up calls.
Not Recommended If You Work From Home Or Do Things Which Requires A Proper Wifi.
The speed goes in kbps again and again and again and so on.
