★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place I have ever seen for exams the authorities should see the condition also this place is in rural outskirts with no facilities to reach there except reserving a vehicle it's difficult to reach there. Even the system is also pathetic.. i don't understand how they are managing the institution.

Hanspal to Bhingarpur Rs 30 by auto
Bhingarpur to Institute (Nacchipur) 1 km pay another Rs 20 extra he will drop you
Or take 35 numbered bus. (Ramchandrapur bus stop on mobus map which is same as Bhingarpur)
Bus timing 07:02 am and 07:52 am from Master canteen. Considering 09:30 gate closing time

Master canteen to Ramchandrapur Rs 22 (18km)
Hanspal to Ramchandrapur Rs 13 (8.4km)

From baramunda take any Cuttack bound bus and drop off at Hanspal (Rs 40) city bus Rs 13
(Jagatpur city bus goes through patia don't ride it)
The auto drivers demand Rs 250 from hanspal but ideal rate is Rs 100 in reservation. As an auto driver said Rs 250 is what they take from locals to drop them at baramunda from bhingarpur.
A funny thing happened The auto driver demanded Rs 2000 to drop me at baramunda.
Indeed he took 7 examinee at Rs 250 per head.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not much far if you know the way. The staff is friendly. Place is clean and neat. The infrastructure is under construction & renovation might affect the hygiene. No shops for food take your own tiffin. Xerox may be provided by the college.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in good atmosphere far away from city so that faced problem to reach here for exam so if you go for attend exam then you go before reporting time to reach on right time. Autodriver charges you 100Rs from this place to bbsr. All staffs behavior is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there many times. Its located away from the major town and also away from highway. So you have to arrange your own transportation( return time you can manage as some of autos are available which connect to highway).
It's having good environment, greenary way, calm place away from town. However washroom conditions is too bad(no water), staff behavior not that much good(friendly). No proper place for parking for 2 Wheeler or 4 Wheeler. No proper food or basic necessities shop like xerox. One atm is there but not sure it's working or not. Another thing for guardian or parents no proper place for waiting I mean if it's rain you won't find a proper place to stay.
