The courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness at the clinic makes you feel better prior to any treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opt the katti Basti therapy after concerning Dr. Rupalli. Which as per her is the course for 7 days and everything has to be paid in advance( never had this experience, that everything u have to paid in advance, I have requested to paid half the amount at start and remaining at the end but Dr Rupalli wouldn’t agree and we had a hard discussion on this)
Team : Inexperienced team, person who is handling the shop( selling products) are meant to do therapy, no feedback been taken by doctor Rupali during the 7 day therapy( had a only discussion on second day with Doctor as I have to clear my dues).
Oil used for therapy: I haven’t see oil been change during the 7 day therapy, upon asking the staff, they told me that oil get change every alternate day( I doubt as I always see the dark shade oil in the same utensils).
Ambience and cleanliness: Good, well maintain.
Overall bad experience for me, from day1 till end I asked the staff and doctor that I feel no improvement while taking s therapy but no response from either of them. This is not the first time I am undergoing
An Ayurvedic therapy I had past experience which is much better than this.
Equipment: no comments as much equipment’s are not required for katti Basti.
Bad.. bad… really bad experience with Sudeep Ayurveda centre Jawahar Nagar.
