★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulted for Kidney problem(Endoscopy for stones in both kidneys). After complete revival of the case,suggested to use Arogya Sri card for the payment. Made us wait for 15 days and after we joined there, on the day of operation doctor said its impossible to operate and you should do a kidney transplantation. This severe reaction impacted the patient very badly. later got to this has happened with many more cases. Finally we ended up with another good hospital and operated very normally.
My suggestion if its a serious case please be careful before you consult this.
I am totally disappointed with this rude and vague nature.

Because the pain my family went should be noo My father had gone a surgery there even after surgery there was no cure for the problem.after several visits he never found the cure and later he went through a very critical situation and cured. This doctor doesn't speak a single word about your problem he simply writes medicine and gives to you.pls don't go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviour not good.doctors doesn't value for patients time.we have to wait really long hours for treatment to be done.no proper waiting system.u can forget about covid precautions ?.doctor went out during the op time thus we have to wait yet again for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad maintenance. Being hospital don't even following covid safety measures and rules. No social distancing and allowing lots of people even having appointment system they are give appointments for many patients, were they won't even have space to sit in waiting hall. Doctors need to take care in this pandemic situations but here in this hospital I don't even find a single proffesional person to guide with. I'm also going to rise a complaint regarding this. So kindly people who have weak immune system better avoid these type of hospital for few more months. And please tyre to rise your voice if you feel the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Vineeth Has diagnosed my case in a right way. Right from diabetes to kidney stones. He is communicative and explains the case in detail before and after surgery. He is a good doctor ,whom someone can approach for any urinary issues. About the staff some are very good some need to be more professional. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital management. Doctor doesn't even speak with the patients nor listens about the problems they are facing. Hospital management, staff and doctor are very much commercial. Won't recommend to anyone. Most of the people are coming here due to high experience of doctor in urology but the saddest truth they don't know is that this hospital loots you. Better go for Dr.Pulla Prasad garu in Maurya hospital. Don't regret later.
