★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and handling the counter person Mr. Sonu deny to give carry bag while purchasing bulk products. Staff says carry bag is chargable. (Honestly is this disgestable/respective) I'll suggest to other people stop buying from naffees bakery. No manner for talk neither customer handling. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ Third class place in indore city at 56 dukan. Close that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really found the one of the best bakery of Indore, I had purchased different cookies and feedback is great freshness and quality.The best item I have tasted is Dhai Vada.. it's really awesome ??? and say best in Indore. Someone suggested me to check Joshi Dhai Vada and I am confidently said. Suffa taste is much more better. Whenever I visited Indore the first thing in my mind let's plan to go have Suffa Dhai Vada.. Appreciate Suffa staff work and I maintain such repo. Will come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my anniversary cake, and white chocolate couple candle, all amount paid in advance but, cake design was changed without my consent and couple candle not ready, and not provided.
Very rood behaviour by staff,n and take it casually.
This is the hight of shameless behaviour.
