★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. 4 customers waiting outside the store for 7 minutes with the store manager returning and casually answering the store is closed with no signs on the door. Couldn't even entertain 4 customers for even 5 minutes. Not a loss on our side but still didn't like the attitude of the manager at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not sugar cosmetic it's weed cosmetics.Store manager was on high....actually I searched for some mini lipstick shades I went to store for trial n purchase which I guess every brand provide trial....when one shade was not available in store i told her ok i will buy it from online she refused for trial also n arrogantly replied"acha to issliye apne mujse itni mehnat krae"...It's your duty behen store pe ac ki free hawa k liye thodi bitaya hai.change your store manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is very very inexperienced especially Ms. Shabeena ( Manager). She is extremely rude and arrogant. The fresh peice of product color does not match the tester , so her reason is that bcz of air the color might of changed. The store has absolutely no inventory. Everything you ask for is our of stock. The company should shut the store if they have to hire such inexperienced staff who give such idiotic replies. She did not even bother to check another piece. This was my first experience to try this brand and shall never ever try nor would recommend to anyone else. Pathetic service, product quality. Ms. Vineeta Singh you should knw this is how your brand is being handled..
