★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i had this eggless chocolate mousse pastry few days back.Taste was good.But price were high.They should have decrease some price.Taste +quality was good.You can give a try .They have a good pastry varieties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fancy looking desserts but taste is hopeless.
It was a mistake that I ordered multiple items without tasting. Only once I got back home and had a bite, I realized my mistake.
- Triple chocolate mousse and red velvet cupcake should be totally avoided. Red velvet lacked taste as well as stale.
- Brownies were fine, not that fresh
- Pineapple pastry was OK, not worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had pastry yesterday from this outlet. Its nice but not worth for money as the taste is not up to mark. Though a small shop but have so many variety of pastries & cakes. They even have pasta, burger, salad etc (both veg & non veg). Along with it, they have freshly baked packed bakery stuff like breads and all too. Chicken Salad & Pastries that they serve are the best of all.
You can have have double trouble doughnut as well its was good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A much craved for place at the right place, right in the middle of the top floor, towards the elevators. One cannot miss it else you will miss it badly.
Great selection of excellent quality items. I found the items to be reasonably priced for the quality and freshness. We tried the lime tart and cherry filled brownie.
Staff is courteous. Their outlet is neat and clean.
Neat and clean toilets, are common for the entire floor. Parking is either free or was free on 31st December.

bought garlic toast, opened the box and tasted 1 pc , they were SO OILY & EXTRA SALTY.
when i approached them , they told me that it is our standard quality and they will not change and you have to PAY AGAIN for another box

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got few things packed from the Pacific mall outlet. The cashier made me repeat my order 04 times and still punched the wrong item. I wanted chocochip brownies, but got some pudding cups. I dont understand how can someone mix up such an easy item with something this different. The service was extremely slow, it took forever to get my order placed and packed and still ended up paying for the wrong item. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremelyyy Disgusting and waste of money!!! Must avoid this place! there are plenty of other options in the mall. The staff is rude and don't know how to deal with customers and most of the items they give are stale or way past their expiry date and they lie to your face that these are all fresh. I bought coffee eclairs and it tasted horrible and was stale and was overpriced. It is a complete waste of money. They only have beautiful looking desserts on the outside and in taste completely disgusting. Will never visit it again.
