★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place. Very close to all major offices like Wipro, Infosys, Hp but just outside the bangalore chaos. The apartments are very well designed, you get ample light and ventilation. Has many amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, power back up, security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to live with necessary amenities, the apartment have a small super market and 2 shops to grap tea, coffer and quick bites.
The best thing about this apartment is peaceful environment around it. The roads are free from. Pollution and traffic hence no sound pollution.
The surroundings are clean and green.
The nearby lake is also cleaned and people often go for jog and exercise bear the lake.
Tip : Visit the lake at the time of sunset, the lake is at walkable distance and the crowd is also decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very nice for people who are working near electronic city phase 1 & 2. The apartments are new compare to other apartments. My friend is staying there so I visit the place quite often. Apartments have a small super market and some tea, coffee stalls. There are good things and bad thing about the location. As the area is still under development so very less people are staying compare to other area in Bangalore. You will see very less amount of pollution and traffic. The surroundings is clean as very less people are staying. But the only problem is the raid which connects the main road to this area. There are places where you will not found street light till date. I will not suggest to walk alone after 6. As there is no bus route so the auto takes too much money. You can try uber and Ola. But if you alone then don't take auto. They will charge 2-3times.
