Three months ago, I have submitted all of the necessary documents as a new farmer but there was no response of your Ranaghat Branch ( West Bengal, Nadia) after that i find out they did not submit these documents to their regional office at proper time. I made telephone call every day, but they said, "your documents is under process". But after two months latter I came to know that, my documents had been missing. Then the Doctor submit these documents again and he said " I will get chicks with in 10 days". After 1 weeks they told me my trade license is expired. As their need, I submited new trade license within 4 days after 5 days later i call to your office to know my documents are submitted or not that time your employee said it is not still submitted because your guaranter pan card missing that is also I submitted within 2 days but after that past 14 days still I am waiting for your chicks. So kindly tell me what kind of service this is?
